Implementasi Pendidikan Humanistik Pada Santri Di Pondok Pesantren Manabi’ul Qur’an Melati Rahayuning Budi Salatiga

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of implementation and steps of humanistic education for students of the Manabi'ul Qur'an Melati Rahayuning Budi Islamic Boarding School in Salatiga. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations. Data validity testing uses source triangulation. The informants of this study were the caregivers, administrators, and students of the Manabi'ul Qur'an Melati Rahayuning Budi Islamic Boarding School. The results of the study indicate that the form of implementation of humanistic education at the Manabi'ul Qur'an Melati Rahayuning Budi Islamic Boarding School is self-awareness and a sense of humanity, freedom to memorize the Qur'an according to ability, mutual respect, and no discrimination. The steps for implementing humanistic education at the Manabi'ul Qur'an Melati Rahayuning Budi Islamic Boarding School are providing advice, reflection, reminders to be consistent and get closer to Allah Swt., and giving rewards and punishments.
